Court-Approved Arizona Parenting Class

Pursuant to Arizona law (ARS 25-351: "Domestic Relations Education on Children's Issues"), all parents going through a divorce/separation with minor children must take a parenting class. Children in Between Online has been accepted throughout Arizona as an online Parent Information Program option.

Court systems across Arizona accept Children in Between Online to fulfill requirements regarding Arizona divorce parenting classes in place of expensive and inconvenient in-person classes.

Residents who reside in the following Arizona counties must contact their local county's Clerk of Courts to ask permission to take our online class:

  • Pima
  • Yavapai
  • Yuma

Will CDE send the court my Certificate of Completion?

We e-file certificates only in Maricopa County, Arizona.

All other counties: We do not e-file. After completing the course, it is your responsibility to provide a copy of your Certificate to the court. We do provide the opportunity to email and download your certificate upon course completion. If we have electronic filing instructions or specific instructions for your court, they will be given to you upon completion of the course.
