In Elbert county (and surrounding counties), parenting education is a requirement when going through a divorce/separation with minor children. Our course is accepted in the county and over one-thousand parents have completed our course in Colorado alone.
Our award-winning parenting class, Children in Between helps parents going through a divorce/separation by teaching usable skills. The course is roughly 4 hours and is taken completely online with 30 days access. Parents can log in and out as needed and return to where they left off. CDE's Children in Between is a skills based program that helps children and parents deal with the children's reactions to divorce.
The program is based on research that identifies the most common and stressful loyalty conflicts experienced by children of divorce.
